Wow. What a crowd. All these folks have shown up for the project at 505 11th.
Once again the design review process has become the format of choice for people with “concerns” about a project. I’m holding my fire. Maybe everyone’s here to make suggestions about building materials. We’ll see.
But I’m hearing the proponents addressing the classic neighborhood worries. Parking, massing, knocking down the old house, and set backs from the street.
The bottom line is that this is L3 in a sea of L3 zoning. More later. . .
