Roosevelt land use happy hour at Teddy’s

It was a beautiful night to talk land use, have a beer, eat a salmon burger, and play ping pong under the protective gaze of a big residential building in one of our favorite neighborhoods, Roosevelt. Teddy’s is an old standby and local favorite, but also draws many of us back. I used to live at 65th and Latona, so Teddy’s was a long trip compared to the Latona Pub which was one door down. Roosevelt is a great neighborhood and more good things are coming. After we wrapped up our happy hour I took the 50 minute walk back to Capitol Hill and watched the sunset. Someday the trip will take 10 minutes or less by light rail!

Any suggestions for the next Roosevelt happy hour?

Um, Roger set the time. I arrived when I said I would arrive. Roger was too cool to be on time.
